Mr. Roman currently serves as our Director of Operations and Contract Manager for our various contracts with the Department of Homeland Security. Nathan oversees all operational areas to include: oversight of security operations, field operations, contract negotiations, and client services.
Mr. Roman possesses 25 years of government contract experience. On a daily basis Mr. Roman successfully supports the goal and mission of our clients to provide a safe and secure environment for all who visit and work in the facilities we service.
Mr. Roman oversees the supervision and performance of 250 uniformed employees, and a staff of fifteen supervisors assigned to various facilities and projects throughout New York State. Mr. Roman tracks contract performance, manages relationships with external vendors, industry partners and sub-contractors, and is extremely responsive to the needs of our clients.
Mr. Roman strongly believes that the key to Alante’s success has and will always be the extraordinary effort exerted by our team to ensure that every client serviced receives quality security services beyond that of what they have received in the past.
